It is with pleasure that we offer you a community who came together with excitement in 2002 to begin another Catholic presence in Washington County. Whether you are a visitor to St. Juan Diego or one of our long time parishioners we want to serve your needs. For those of you looking for a spiritual home, we provide opportunities for worship, friendship, and involvement. As St. Juan Diego continues to grow, we look forward to your unique perspective and ideas for our growth. We look forward to meeting you!Rev. Terry J. O’Connell, Pastor

Annual Finance Report and Offertory Appeal

A brochure was sent to every registered family reporting the financial state of our parish. After several years of depending on savings to help us get established in our new church building, the Finance Council has approved a balanced budget for 2014-15. It is through your generosity and commitment to our parish that has made this possible.

This weekend and next, we will be conducting our Annual Offertory Commitment. Please take time to discern your offertory giving and decide if it is too little, just enough, or too much then respond accordingly making your commitment for the next year.   Thank you!

Matching Fund Capital Campaign

As you know we are asking every family who attends St. Juan Diego to be part of our fundraising campaign to pay off our building debt and to help us lay a foundation for our future growth.

So far, generous parishioners have pledged $733,000 over the next three years toward this appeal. With that generosity, we are at 81% our total fundraising goal of $900,000.

With that money, we will be able to:

  • Clear our construction debt.
  • Pay for a county road widening assessment.
  • Purchase a crucifix.
  • Add new signage along Northwest Springville Road.
  • Replace our aging piano.
  • Perform delayed updates at the rectory.
  •  Start Phase 2 planning and design of parish hall, kitchen, classrooms, offices, etc.

We will appreciate any gift, however we would like you to consider giving on a sacrificial basis and stretching yourself financially for this important cause.

You can find pledge cards on the information center in the Narthex. You may return the pledge card with your offering at any Mass, mail them, or drop off the information at the church office.

Thank you for your generosity and your part in improving St. Juan Diego Parish.
