Good News For Our Parish Families Expecting A Baby!
St. Juan Diego’s Parents and Children Ministry is excited for you. Our family was recently blessed with a baby and then especially blessed by this ministry. When we needed it the most, a wonderful woman from this ministry, delivered us a home cooked meal and gifts from the Parish. This blessing was followed with a thoughtful phone call and a card in the mail when he was baptized. It was truly moving to know that our Parish shared in our love and excitement over the new member of our family. Our ministry wants to hear from you if you are expecting a baby so we can bless you too.

The Parents and Children Ministry does not stop there either. It is an ongoing source of faith and friendship for Parish families with various activities you can participate in. Please check us out! Contact Dana Tierney at dtierney71(at)gmail.com.

What will we do for Faith Formation next year? We need your input; please complete the survey. In anticipation of having a new church building, the Faith Formation Committee is planning ahead for the future of our parish’s Faith Formation/ABC program. This survey is reflective of the church’s need for an interim plan, involving the catechesis of our children and youth, beginning Fall 2010, until Phase II is complete, which is approximately seven years. Please take a moment to fill out this initial survey, as we review logistical and budgetary factors and consider a variety of accommodations and program models. We appreciate your time, and look forward to hearing your thoughts.  Respectfully, Your Faith Formation Committee

Have No Fear
Have no fear
for what tomorrow may bring.
The same loving God
who cares for you today
will take care of you
tomorrow and every day.
God will either
shield you from suffering
or give you
unfailing strength to bear it.
Be at peace, then
and put aside
all anxious thoughts
and imaginations.
St. Francis de Sales
